Ottery St Mary Parish Church Welcome to the parish church of Ottery St Mary in East Devon, part of the Otter Vale Mission Community.


Cadhay House stands within beautiful gardens. Cadhay is open to the public on Fridays from May through to September. Our Tea Room serves fresh and delicious homebaked cakes, light refreshments and delicious Devon cream teas.


Wildwood Escot is a rewilding adventure with its winding woodland paths and beautiful flowers making Wildwood Escot the ideal destination for a family day out.


Tar Barrels Festival Those who have visited Ottery St Mary on 5th November, still find it difficult to understand what motivates the townspeople into carrying flaming tar barrels

through the streets.
